Velvet Scarf Care

Hand Wash. Hang to dry. DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT IRON PRESS.

Plush Pillow Care

Pillow insert cannot be removed. Spot clean. Take a damp cloth and rub the soiled area.

Hand wash/spot clean; however, they are machine washable! Wash on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry or dry with low heat. DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT IRON PRESS. If Beanie has an attached Pom Pom, remove before machine wash.

Ear Warmer Care

Hand wash/spot clean; however, they are machine washable! Wash on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry or dry with low heat. DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT IRON PRESS.

Velvet Scrunchie Care

Hand Wash with your favorite shampoo. Lay to dry. DO NOT BLEACH, DO NOT DRY CLEAN. DO NOT IRON PRESS.

Custom order processing time is 2 weeks (weekends are not included). Order volume and stock availability could impact the processing time. We will contact the customer if processng time changes.

• Purchase of gift cards are to be completed separately. Cannot combine with other items.

• Gift cards never expire.

• Gift cards are electronic.

• Gift cards can be emailed to the recipient or the purchaser. An unique code will be provided.

• Gift cards can only be used to purchase Trendy Yarn items.

• Gift cards will apply to the order total, including tax, shipping and any transaction fees.

• If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the recipient is obligated to pay the remaining amount.

• If the order is less than the gift card value, the recipient can complete checkout without another payment method. The remaining balance will dislay on the screen.

• If customer requests a refund for a custom order (only applicable to 24 hours from paid invoice), the gift card will be refunded.

• Partially used gift cards can’t be refunded to the gift card purchaser.

• If Trendy Yarn is participating at a pop up market, the gift card can be used. Please make sure to have the unique code.

Trendy Yarn’s carriers of choice are UPS (United Postal Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). We chose these options because they offer a variety of domestic speed and low pricing fee options. Shipments typically takes 2-5 days to arrive. Please keep in mind that there could be delays with UPS or USPS and Trendy Yarn cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery.

You will receive a shipment confirmation, with the tracking number immediately after the shipping label is created. It will be sent via email and/or text. Please make sure you provide the correct contact information.

At this time, we are not shipping internationally.

Trendy Yarn will accept cancellations within 24 hours of paid invoice for custom orders. If customer fails to cancel within the 24 hour timeframe, your 100% payment is forfeited; no refund.

Due to the customization of the item(s), there will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. Trendy Yarn’s goal is to create the best handcrafted products and the customer’s happiness and satisfaction is of the highest priority.

There is a small chance. Trendy Yarn orders the yarn from multiple companies who understands the importance of dye lots and make the effort to pull from the same lot for multiple skeins of yarn. Trendy Yarn is unable to guarantee all skeins will be the same dye lot.

Screen images are intended as a guide. We do are best to not alter images; however, due to photographic lighting, monitor settings and personal view of colors, we cannot guarantee that the color you see portrays the true color of the product or material.

Trendy Yarn is not liable for any damage or lost items during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please save and take a picture of all packaging materials, covering and damaged good, then contact us immediately.

If your item was lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. Trendy Yarn will verify all shipment details. If all information is correct on our end, we will direct you to the shipment carrier to file a claim.

A skein of yarn, simply means yarn that is loosely wrapped into a ball.

Trendy Yarn is paperless. If you prefer a printed receipt for your custom order, please make sure to write a request in the comments box on the custom form.
